Who can participate?
- Any researcher, faculty member, or graduate student from any Texas A&M University System member.
- Any undergraduate student conducting research funded by a federal grant in any academic discipline under the guidance of a faculty member from any Texas A&M University System member.
- Any Texas A&M University or Prairie View A&M University-associated research center or lab.
Can I get help designing my poster?
The University Writing Center and PVAMU’s Center for Instructional Innovation and Technology Services (CIITS) and Writing Center can help with posters and presentations. You can even make appointments to talk to a writing consultant.
What is the dress code?
Business casual, but wear comfortable shoes.
What if my research is not complete?
If your research isn’t complete or you didn’t get the results you expected, do your best anyway–you should still present your work! Make sure the objectives, justification, and methods are clearly stated. Use terms such as “Results will show” or “If successful.”
